TERMS OF SERVICE

- I accept gory commissions but I won't draw anything offensive.
- I also won't take Mecha or Heavy NSFW commissions.REVISION
- The drawing processes can be divided into three steps: sketch, lineart and shaded/colored.
- You can only ask for drastic changes only on the sketch phase. During "lineart" and "shading" i'll accept small adjustments.PAYMENT
- Prices will vary depending on currency.
- Commissions can be payed after sketch approval. I will only send the link for downloading the final piece when I receive the payment for it.
- Payment is exclusively made through paypal. Please refrain from asking for other options, specially after the comission is finished.DELIVERY
- The time it takes to finish your commission varies but I'll surely keep you updated so check your DMS/INBOX.
- Once it is finished you'll receive the full-resolution image through a google drive link. Note that there is no physical product.COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online (with a watermark) and in my portifolio.
- You may upload or use the artwork in your socials and print it however you want as long as it is NOT used for commercial purposes.
- Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate Work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Work. Nor shall Client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.WITHDRAWALS
- I won't charge the client if they state that they are withdrawing at the sketch phase.
- As soon as the lineart is ready, if the commissioner wants to withdrawal, they'll have to pay me about 40% worth of the commission they've made.

- As etapas do desenho podem se dividir em até três partes: rascunho, lineart e adição de cor
- Eu somente realizarei alterações drásticas na fase de rascunho do desenho. Para as fases lineart e adição de cor, apenas alterações mínimas.PAGAMENTO
- Meus preços variam dependendo da moeda
- O plano de pagamento é flexível e combinável, mas o link disponibilizando o download do desenho mediante confirmação do pagamento total.
- O pagamento é feito exclusivamente através do PAYPAL e PIX . Por favor, não peça por alternativas, principalmente após o término do desenho.ENTREGA
- O tempo que demora para o inicio e finalização da encomenda varia por uma série de fatores, mas eu te manterei atualizade, então cheque sua caixa de email.
- Assim que o desenho for finalizado você receberá a imagem em alta resolução para ser baixada por um link no drive. Nota, não há produto físico.DIREITOS AUTORAIS E USO
- Eu reservo o direito de postar as encomendas online (com uma marca d'água) e adicioná-las ao meu portfólio.
- Você pode postar o desenho nas suas redes sociais, imprimi-lo aonde quiser e como quiser desde que seja estritamente para uso PESSOAL, não comercial.
- O cliente não deverá reproduzir e/ou de outra forma usar a encomenda de qualquer maneira para fins de treinamento de tecnologias de inteligência artificial para gerar obras, incluindo, sem limitação, tecnologias que sejam capazes de gerar obras no mesmo estilo ou gênero da encomenda. O cliente também não deverá sublicenciar terceiros para reproduzir e/ou usar o encomenda de qualquer forma para fins de treinamento de tecnologias de inteligência artificial para gerar obras.DESISTÊNCIAS
- Só não serão cobradas se ocorrerem depois dos primeiros rascunhos.
- Assim que o lineart ficar pronto, se a pessoa desistir, deverá me pagar 40% do preço definido durante o processo de encomenda.
